To reduce weight we need to look after diet and the exercises.The best exercises for weight loss is Cardio activities. Cardio activities includes Running ,Brisk Walk, Jogging, Swimming, Skipping, etc. Do these exercises atleast for 40 min 5/week so as to get better results. These types of exercises will help to reduce fat from the body and help reducing weight. But cardio exercises alone wont help to tone up the body instead we need to also include some resistance training exercises like Crunches, Reverse crunches, Heel touch, Rowing, Konasana, Lunges, Squats ,etc. We need to do these exercises atleast for 20 min 3/week .These exercises will help reducing the fat and tone up the muscles so as to give a good shape to our body.
