eat as many veggies and fruits as possible , avoid starchy foods like rice , banana , potato, have more fiber by eating bran roti, daliy , pohe , upama avoid fried foods like samosa and kachori , rather have steamed foods like dhokla , idli. use less oil and sugar .

Eat whole grain cereals like whole wheat chapati,daliya,oatmeal ,lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. just avoid fried,junk,processed,canned food and also refined cereals like maida and suji.Drink lot of water as well.
