Do you think that you can loose 21lbs. in 4 weeks ? Give me your opinion and advice (:

    Hi Carmen

    There are many ways are there to reduce 21lbs in 4 weeks ,but it is not a health wt lose because u'll face many nutritional disorders or sudden changes in ur health . Better go by healthy diet & physical activity ,u can loose upto 8lbs in 4 weeks, this is healthy wt lose .
    Diet tips
    1. Drink warm water with lemon without any sweet or salt in the morning. this will help u to remove toxin in ur body.
    2. choose low calories foods & low carb(low Glycemic foods) .
    3. Eat 5 meals(3 main meals & 2 healthy snacks).
    4.Maintain meals timings & portion control.
    5.Eat 4-5 serving of fruits & vegetables.
    6. Avoid high sugar fruits like mangoes, jack fruit, sapota, custard apple,banana.
    7.Make a habit of drinking warm water after every meal.
    8. Physical activity is important- do some exercise or brisk walk or yoga - atleast 45min-1hr a day .
    9.Choose high fiber foods like vegetables , fruits , green leafy , whole cereals,dals.
    10.Relax ur mind.
    11. Drink minimum 3-4 liters of water per day.
    12. Choose healthy snacks in btw.
