what can i do?

my height is 5'6" and my weight is 83 kg.
from last one month i daily exercise including exercise of stomach.
my tummy size is decreses at a very slow rate but my chest is very loose nd it looks like of girls.
plz tell me some exercise which can help me and diet also.

    Hello Harry,

    It is important that you have a proper control on your diet. Completely stop consuming fatty and junk foods, spicy foods etc..as they can lead to more weight gain.

    As you seem too young, I would recommend you to do some muscle building exercises. This is not only help you reduce your belly but help you build a good physic.

    Hi Harry, i completely agree with Oleg.. A controlled diet and physical activity will help you in overall weight reduction.. It will take you sometime for the result to be seen, so just wait for few more months. Exercises such as chest press, push ups, chest dip, bench press can also be included.

    You can also get your thyroid levels checked as hormones play an important role in these conditions. In such a situation, your doctor can give you the best advice.
