    If you want to burn fat you need to burn calories. Aerobic exercises can be a good way to burn calories. You can go for aerobic exercises like jogging, running, skipping, swimming, rowing, cycling etc. depending on your current fitness levels and personal interest. You can also go for recreational activities like dancing, hiking, zumba dance, kick boxing etc.
