There are two types of exercises which are advised good for weight loss. These two types of exercises are cardio activities and resistance training exercises.Cardio activities are like Running ,Skipping, Swimming, Jogging, Running, Brisk walk, etc. We need to do these cardio activities for atleast 20 min and progressing to 45 min later to get good results in terms of fat percentage and resistance training exercises are like Crunches, Reverse crunches, Heel touch ,konasana, Oblique abb crunches, etc. These types of exercises will help to improve you BMR and tone up your muscles so as to shape up your body if we do these exercises atleast 20-30 min in a day.
