    - The most important thing while you study is you try to grasp it by not roat learning but by understanding the meaning of it. Only then it will be easier for you to memorize it.
    - While reading through the text, make sure you underline the important key words or sentences which will help you remember during the exams.
    - Read out loud when you are remembering an answer. Reading aloud will help you recall faster when you writing in the exam. You will be able to recall your own voice when you write. If possible take down notes from the answer and make it a short note so that its easier for you to remember.
    - Make a time table. Divide equal slots for all the subjects and try and keep the difficult subjects in the morning time, especially in the early mornings because during that time your concentration levels are to the best.
    - Take help from friends or any family member in case of difficulty in any subjects. Ask them to read it for you if their voice helps you. Ask them to take your test, oral or written and put a timer to each question. Begin the competition with yourself.
    - If you are at higher level of education, learn to make power point presentations or mind maps which will give some graphical representations, or some figures ot flash cards that are easy to remember.
    - In between all these things don't forget to eat healthy and try to take as much rest as you can. A good night sleep will help you wake up early too and manage time carefully.

    Hi Ruchi,
    There are two types of exercises which are advised good for weight loss. These two types of exercises are cardio activities and resistance training exercises.Cardio activities are like Running ,Skipping, Swimming, Jogging, Running, Brisk walk, etc. We need to do these cardio activities for atleast 20 min and progressing to 45 min later to get good results in terms of fat percentage and resistance training exercises are like Crunches, Reverse crunches, Heel touch ,konasana, Oblique abb crunches, etc. These types of exercises will help to improve you BMR and tone up your muscles so as to shape up your body if we do these exercises atleast 20-30 min in a day.

    Bhavini given good information. Mu suggestion is cardio exercise like running, brisk walk, cycling, swimming, skipping & climbing stair are wonderful exercise for weight loss. If you want lose ur belly fat then you need to do both weight training & cardio exercise. Along with exercise , diet control is also very important.
