First check ur BMI.
1. Drink warm water with lemon without sugar , honey , salt th the morning.
2. Any physical activity for 45 mins to 1 hr.
3. Eat 5 small meals(include healthy snack in btw).
4. Maintain portion control & timings of meals.
5.Drink minimum of 3-4 liters of water.
6. Avoid refined products,fatty foods,junks foods,empty calories foods .
7.Keep relax ur mind.
8.Take 4 servings of fruits & vegetables.
For Migraine : Recent research says that lack of niacin is also one of season for migraine so include vitamin table or include more of niacin rich foods like green leafy vegetables, nuts , sunflower seeds , whole wheat , yeast , tomatoes ,etc.,
