Weight loss with Fat burner pills...

I am facing over weight problem from last 6 years but now have decided get rid of it, so i have started gym & think to take fat burner pills (Mighty Lean) as per the gym instructor to reduce fat fast i need to take this pills. Please let me know is it safe to use this pills & there no side effects in long run. I wont increase weight again once i stop taking this pills.

    There is no scientific evidence on such pills which claims to reduce fat fast. They are all scams in my opinion. Controlling your diet and exercise are the only two proven ways to reduce weight.

    You are already going to gym so thats good. Now, also control your diet to include healthy foods and cut back on fatty foods. Take protein supplements as instructed by your gym instructor if you want to build muscles. The more muscle mass you will have the more calories you will burn.

    Hi Mitesh! Any kind of thing which is not a natural food is not good. Fat burner pills etc have a lot of side effects in a long term. Also, the weight loss is temporary.     Fat Burner tablete su jako ucinkovite,i nema nus pojava od nji.
    Kupio sam ih na preporuku prijatelja koji radi u teretani.
    Koristim ih vec 27 dana.Uz laganu djetu,a to je ujutro dizanje u 7:00 a u 8:00 dorucak, al ne se najes ko majmun pa da ne mozes disat, nego pojest kratko bez kruha 2 dana a onda 3 dan sa kruhom.
    Pa cekat do 14:00 ili 15:00 i rucat neko meso sa krumpirom ili rizom ili samo meso sa nekim dodatkom BEZ KRUHA, i za veceru oko 18:19:00 pojest nesto voca (bananu,narancu,jabuku)ne 5 komada,najvise 2 vocke.
    To je proteinska djeta koju koristim,znaci smanjit unos kruha,peciva,pica,hamburegera,sve sto sam volio ne smijem jesti 3 mjeseca.
    Prvih 10 dana sam poludio,nisam se mogo najest koliko god sam jeo.
    Uz dorucak,rucak i veceru,medjuobroke bi smjeli imat po 1 medjuobrok u tjednu,to je za pomoc metabolizmu da brze razgradi hranu.To (ukljucuje uzimanje,grah salate sa lukom,ili zelja sa nekim pecenim mesom.
    NAPOMENA,NE JESTI KRUH I PECIVA,ILI HAMBURGER.JEDAN POJEDEN HAMBURGER MORATE 2 DANA VJEZBAT DA BI GA IZBACILI IZ TJAL.
    Uz to sve,sportas sam igram kosarku,visok 190cm, i imao sam 107 kg.

    I u 2 mjeseca sa ovakvim programom imat cete plocice jace nego svi vasi frendovi zvani mrsavci koji oce dobit koju kilu.
    Nitko ne zna da se na trbuhu kod debelog covjeka krije jaka snaga misica!!!
    Ljudi moji,tko ne proba fat burner tablete jako je pogrijesio.
