There are many ways you can try to lose weight. Don’t just waste your hard-earned money on worthless fat-loss products.

1. Drink plenty of water: Consuming water in high quantity keeps you feeling full and helps to check your appetite. Drinking a glass of warm water on waking up in the morning has been found to be very beneficial for weight loss. Drink water at least 30 minutes before and after meals.

2. Do regular cardio exercise: Do some aerobic exercise like walking, jogging, cycling, skipping about 20-30 minutes and 3-4 times a week. These exercises will help you to increase metabolic rate, causing your body to burn up all stored fat. To promote a high metabolism and avoid fat being stored on your body you must eat the food having low calorie!     Thank u for nice tips but one thing exercise is very important for wt lose so do at-least for 5-6 days a week . warm water in the morning is very good add lemon also this will help u to remove the toxins from ur body & more effective for wt lose. Include sprouts , salad & fruits -5-6 serving. Instead taking white rice use brown rice or red rice. Non-veg : skinless chicken , egg white , fish are good source of protein.
