Weight Loss plan
I am planing to loose weight,currently I am 75 and planing to reduce to 65 over a span of 3 months.
What would be a diet plan and exercise plan ?
Now I am spending some 45 minutes to 1 hour in gym and exercises ,mainly in the afternoon or evening,as I dont get enough sleep I am unable to wake up early.
I have this food over a day [morning once and night once and in between some milk],6 chaptis , 2 curries[more quantity] & and very little rice,yeah I advise my cook with less oil.
Usually I have milk once in a day and some other foods.
The curries over week have - Brinjal,Potato,beans,loiki,bittergaurd,onions,tomato,beetroot etc.
Please suggest me a proper diet plan and also is it fine to have breakfast and hit gym or how ?
