Hi Bala .. can you also mention your age height and weight , by the way , eating a small meal evry 2 hr will help u reduce better ... eg, time pattern of 1 pm , thn 3 pm, thn 5 pm will really work .. u can just have a multigrain biscuit (2 in no.) or a fruit or roasted chana.. these things are low in cal and gud in fibre which will help in losing gud weight .. also are u having anething with ur tea? as in biscuit or wheat rusk? if not plz incorporate that .. tea with nothing in combi will lead to acidity in long run. you can also start ur day and end your day with a glass of warm water and lemon , this will help in raising your BMR further.
