weight loss

I am 23 yrs old and my weight is 86.5 kg , which is very much , now i hav come 2 life mojo to get some asistance , i want my weight to be reduced by 16.5 kg and shuld come upto 70 kg atleast with the condition without affecting my health . my hairs and skin . I am already suffering from hair loss and my hair has become thin .
kindly provide me assistance what shuld i add in my diet 2 get prevention from hair loss and reduce body weight as well.

    Try to include more fruits and vegetables in main course. In overweight situation, do not need to stay away from food but stick on more vitamins and carbohydrates. It can be help your overall body. Eat those food items, which is carrying more carbohydrates it, give you more long term energy. Include white bread, grain brown rice, millet, quinoa and barley in your meal.Massage your hair with almond or olive oil as they are rich in nutrients, which will make your hair grow.

    Actually, obese or overweight can changes ur hormonal imbalance , thats why you facing the problem of hair loss & skin problems. You need to include more of healthy foods which required for weight loss & hair loss as well. Add more of high fibers, vitamin, minerals & protein. Protein is more important for weight loss & for hair loss. But make sure animal protein should be limited because of high in fat. Antioxidant foods like vitamin A, E, C & iron foods are required for hair loss & weight loss. Drink plenty of water & it removes the toxin form the body & helps to reduces the weight.
