* First calculate the calorie intake.
* Eat 4-5 small meals.
* Include more of vegetables, high fiber cereals, whole grains, green leafy, etc.
* Use less sugar, salt & oil for cooking.
* Avoid eating out more frequently.
* Avoid empty calories drink & foods, fatty foods, refined foods, fast foods & chat items.
* Reduce the caffeine content foods
* Drink warm water with lemon daily in the morning & after every meal
* Drink green tea twice in a day with less sugar or without sugar.
* Keep ur mind stress free & sleep well for 7-8 hrs in a day.
* Do any exercise for 45-60mins daily.
