Hi Ravinder, I m 30 and same 97 KG, I started following this site diet planner as per my callorie requirement to loose weight, so with the calorie calculator of each item i just make sure that i don't it more then that.
Apart from it, I started taking swimming lessons 3 days a week, and 3 to 4 time cycling in a week basis. All Food which I take are without any type of butter, oil or ghee, and pure veg. diet.
Also taking a fish oil capsules twice a day, Green Tea twice a day and one la apatite slim tea once.
I have lost almost 2 KG in 10 days, when i meassure last wednesday, may be due to almost 3 times had to eat from out side and that is alos full of butter and all, but targetting 17 more by 06th Nov, will measure it today to c the last 7 days impact without outing.
