Weight Loss

I am 36 Yrs and having weight of 97 Kgs. Pls help me for weight loss.

    Hi Ravinder, I m 30 and same 97 KG, I started following this site diet planner as per my callorie requirement to loose weight, so with the calorie calculator of each item i just make sure that i don't it more then that.

    Apart from it, I started taking swimming lessons 3 days a week, and 3 to 4 time cycling in a week basis. All Food which I take are without any type of butter, oil or ghee, and pure veg. diet.

    Also taking a fish oil capsules twice a day, Green Tea twice a day and one la apatite slim tea once.

    I have lost almost 2 KG in 10 days, when i meassure last wednesday, may be due to almost 3 times had to eat from out side and that is alos full of butter and all, but targetting 17 more by 06th Nov, will measure it today to c the last 7 days impact without outing.

    hi ravinder. you need to follow proper diet plan and proper exercise regime.do lots of aerobic exercises like steps climbing running jogging for 30 min atleast daily and strength training exercises for atleast 3 times a day.

    Aerobic exercise is the key to weight loss. Like running, dancing, etc...
    Don't fast though, not eating is not good for weight loss, just make sure your diet is healthy and good portions.

    If you are trying to lose weight, you need to set goals. Weight loss goals are specific intentions of a person to lose a certain amount of weight. By setting weight loss goals, you have a road map to where you want to go, as far as body weight and fitness are concerned.
