hi wendy ... while working out , make sure u work out for atleast 45 min. coz in the first 30 min, the body uses glucose and glycogen as a sourse of energy .. hence for fat loss purpose, its better to exersice for 45 min. 30 min workout will only help you in maintaining weight . and the 10 min easy walk i asked you to do after meal , is for the sole purpose of aiding digestion, increasing BMR, which indirectly leads to weight loss.surprisingly, some people even notice inch loss with this 10 min, after meal walks done 3 times a day !!
