i want to loss my weight by 4kg in two week plz help me.

    Please don't aim for any type of crash programmes otherwise by the time u achieve ur goal, u will not be able to enjoy it.U may be feeling depressed,sluggish,dull with fast paced weight loss.
    Rather be patient, as slower weight loss with slight modification in diet and lifestyle results in active and happy life ,which
    is more practicle and sustainable for longer periods.

    I agree with Shikha. Dont go for any crash diet as it could lead your body with lack of nutrition. You need to include regular exercises and healthy diet for better results. Healthy diet means that you need to avoid more of junk foods like pizza, pasta, burgers, etc. Cardio activities are the best exercise to burn calories and to reduce fat . Cardio activites increases the heart rate and it take it to the fat burning zone which is 60-70% of max Heart rate. So, cardio activities if done more than 30 min is really effective to burn calories. But it wont help much to shape and tone up your body. So you need to include a little bit of Strength training exercises like crunches, Reverse crunches ,Push ups, Back exercises ,Rowing ,etc. These strength training exercises will really help toning up our body along with reducing fat from the body.
