    watch your portions of meal ,and eat healthy food at regular interval.

    EATING SMALL MEALS HIGH IN PROTEIN(4-6 MEALS DAILY) LOW IN FAT WILL HELP. TRY TO GET SOME TYPE OF EXERCISE IN IF POSSIBLE. BUT EATING THE SMALL MEALS WILL HELP.
