    Hi,
    Healthy diet and regular exercises plays an important role for healthy weight loss. Go for exercises including cardio exercises for 45 min and weight training exercises for 20 min every alternate days. Cardio activities would include jogging, running, skipping, swimming, etc while weight training exercises would include lunges, squats, leg raises, push ups, pull over, etc. Cardio activities would help you to reduce your body fat percentage while weight training exercises would help to tone your body muscles and make your body more firm.
