From when does the weight loss exercises start showing results?

    That depends on the weight loss program that you're opting for and also o your daily regime. There is not fixed time period for losing weight and each person is different. If you exercise regularly every day and lead an active lifestyle you should be able to see results in two months or so. However, this is not a guarantee and you should not get your hopes up too high or you will end up being disappointed. Moreover, you have to combine your exercise program with a good diet plan. This is the only way that you will be able to lose weight.

    I feel Stuti is right, no one can say when the weight loss exercises will start showing results. It all varies from person to person and to different situations.

    Hey Shobha,
    Generally, your body starts showing results only once you start with a good exhausting, workout of 45 min in a day. In one week you can see atleast a loss of a pound of your body weight. But again it differs form person to person and body reaction towards exercises.
