    There are no miracle quick diets, pills or exercises that will help you lose tummy fat, not only because the stomach is one of the most stubborn fat spots for many people but also because "spot reduction" is impossible. You will have to workout your whole body and get control over your diet.

    I agree with above discussion, try to avoid extra calorie, avoid heavy dinners & late dinners. Do some cardio exercise (cycling, brisk walk, swimming, running, skipping) daily 60mins & do some walk after every meal especially in the nite. Maintain portion controls & meal timings. Avoid fast food, fatty food, bakery foods, aerated drinks. Drink plenty of water in a day, include fibers foods. Avoid smoking & alcohol.

    Hi Tarun,
    To reduce your tummy, you need to do lots of weight training exercises like cunches, reverse crunches, heel touch, etc. We need to do more of cardio exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, etc for atleast some 45 min , 5/week for better results. Weight training exercises are more for toning your tummy muscles. You need to have a combination of exercises along with low calorie diet and avoid any junk food like burgers, pizza, passta, etc. These food items are more likely to increase your fat content in body.
