    Yes, indeed, you can! Weight loss is all about increasing the body's metabolism while cutting down on calories. When you lower your calorific intake and indulge in exercise, your body will all excess fat and reduce your weight in this way. Water helps by increasing the body's metabolism. Once the body's metabolism is increased, fat is burned in a faster manner and the weight loss process kicks off. Sometimes, thirst is mistaken for hunger and people end up eating whenever they feel pangs in their stomach. Staying properly hydrated can help in avoiding this too as water reduces a person's appetite.

    In addition, fruits also do accelerate the rate of metabolism. Apart from that you can include high fiber foods such as oats, finger millets, Jowar, Bajra or Barley etc. Having small and frequent meals also helps in losing weight.

    Water plays important role in the weight lose .People who drink plenty of water are proven to feel hungry less ,water makes agood appetite suppressant. Water helps to burn the total cholesterol(helps to increase the metabolism & this will help you to burn more calories), This should help you slim down much faster. Drinking plenty of water , makes good& proper digestion function . Water washes out the toxins , making your body clean & healthier,ahich is a very important condition under which your body will be able to restore its balance & get into shape.Being in a good health is vital , if you are trying to lose weight.
