want to lose waight

Hi my name is ashraf and i am a 24 year Muslim Boy from India Gujarat
i am a 5.11'' and 97 Kg i want to lose my weight

i have my game zone in my town and i am not doing any hard work at office so sitting on chair full day

i am eating two time in a day
first in morning after exercise and i am eating what ever my mom coking for me
and my lunch after 5 pm and i counted eating only two chapati in lunch and what ever with it
i am not eating any thing after 8 pm if it possible

but i am feeling so tired all day and feeling two hungry

so please friends suggest me what i have to eat in a break fast and my lunch also i
and what i have to do when i feel so hungry
[can i eat ready made packet of chips and kurkure and and any other product ]


and there is some exersize which i started from last 3 day at morning

1 going to park and walk untill i give up
2 and jumping one rope
3 push ups
4 and doing some abs exercise
5 after all doing some stretching exercise for coll down

and is that any more exercise i have to add or remove in my routine

and sorry for my bad English :)

    just run for 45 minutes daily...............and you will see the result in 1 week. run as slowly as you want..........but run..........and stop eating outside food...........you will definately loose around 3-4 kg per month.........the moment you will stop running.....you will again gain weight...........

    ok but tall me what i have to eat when i feel hungry give some advice for snacks i am feeling two hungry after 2 pm what i have to eat

    and tall me what i have to eat in all morning before and after my exercise
    tall me what is a time gape for breakfast after the exercise
    i am eating omlet all day in morning and is that kelloggscorn flakes god for breakfast

    and say me what is time i have to sat for my diner

    and one more think my friend i am drinking 4 to 5 time cup of tea in a day so its bad for me

    I tell you one thing..........nobody will tell you.........the moment you will start running for 45 minutes.......you won't be interested in junk food anymore.........you can eat white eggs 4-5 (without yolk...the yellow part) or papaya and cucumber salad.........after exercise don't eat atleast for 90 minutes...........don't eat omlet as it has cholesterol both in yolk and eatable oil.
    you can have dinner anytime between 7-8 (if you sleep after 10 pm)

    Avoid too much tea, otherwise you will suffer with constipation problem in future.

    the weight loosing mantra I am again repeating is RUNNING, otherwise no GYM, no Diet can make you slimmer. You keep running and see amazing results.........once you will see your weight is coming down...........you will not ask for fatty foods anymore.

    AND DRINK AS MUCH AS WATER YOU CAN (6-7 LTRS.)

    Ashraf your diet and diet pattern as well as your physical activity needs to be modified to lead a healthy life.Weight loss can be achieved by eating right things at right time.Try to increase salad and fruits in your diet,drink 8-10 glasses of water daily,try to include some type of physical activity like fast walking for atleast 45 min daily.Take 4-5 small meals rather than 2 heavy meals.Try taking light dinners which will leave you more energetic next day.

    and now i am talking you about my life style and and my body measurements

    i am a 24 years 5.11 inch hite with 97 kg wait and my waist is 40 inch

    i am weak up from my bad at 7 am and going to exersice in park after that come at my home and ready for going to work doing my break fast and going to my office and doing my work i going to home for my diner and there is 6 to 9 pm but not fix some time more late and there is my sleeping time after 12 pm daily

    and one last question there is 9 to 10 hours different in my break fast and dinner and i am not eating any thing between this time just drinking a water
    and between this time i am at my office so give me some ready made product name which can i eat between this 10 hours and give a time also

    @ Syris,
    This type of routine will leave you lethargic ,depressed and low in energy .You will not be able to work properly.With this you may lose few kilos but will regain when you will start eating normal diet even more than before.Instead of this take fruits ,sprouts,buttermilk between meals .Take proper lunch and dinner as your body needs many more things other than calories like iron ,calcium ,vitamins ,fibers etc.So take a well balanced diet .

    you are right i am feeling so lethargic i start my lunch today but only a green vegetables and chapati and tall me what is good between chapati,bred and rise ,

    and i talking you about my last 2 years

    2 years ago my weight is 83 kg and i started morning walk and exercise but i am not doing diet that time and i lose it 12.7 kg weight in 3 months but when i stop all exercise my weight was raised again
    there is 25 kg i gain in 2 years

    this time i want to lose my weight permanent because i am going to married next year and i want to live one good and healthy marriage life

    @ Syris Congratulation! That you are getting married next year.Start walking for 45 minutes daily, don't run .Start with simple stretching exercises like hand rotation ,touching your toes,forward and side bending,shoulder rotation etc.
    Avoid oily foods,chips,bhujia,namkeen,biscuit and start taking healthy foods
