hii congrats , ideally it depends upon the persons BMR, the exercise pro gramme and the diet . try to maintain the balance between them. Diet is very important along with exercise. do lot of cardio exercises , if u dont like following the same routine, check something called ZUMBA DANCE, its a combination of dance which is used for fitness. if u have a stepper at home that will also help u alot , when you are doing cardio exercises. try it
