WANT TO LOOSE 20 Kgs IN 5 WEEKS

HI EVERYBODY.... :)

can u help me a bit

i'm suppose to get married in dec
i'm 23 years ols, weigh 90kgs today, and height is 5.6
my ideal weight is around 60-65kgs.
however i want to loose about 15-20kgs i have about 5weeks at hand, before any functions so.... i want you to help me a bit.

i'm currently following a GENERAL MOTORS DIET, have lost some weight but not substantial. also twice a week go for a brisk walk for 1 km and do 5mins of running (i feel tired after that), then do some more exc during day.

i cant spend time outside home due to the marriage restrictions. plus i dnt have a tread mill at home.

do u have some remedy for my querry

    hi congrates,Best of luck for ur married life.you need to do lots of cardio workout it can be spot jog, steps up and down,skipping.do atleast for 30 minutes and increase time duration of 5 minutes per week. it ll work. try out.

    hii congrats , ideally it depends upon the persons BMR, the exercise pro gramme and the diet . try to maintain the balance between them. Diet is very important along with exercise. do lot of cardio exercises , if u dont like following the same routine, check something called ZUMBA DANCE, its a combination of dance which is used for fitness. if u have a stepper at home that will also help u alot , when you are doing cardio exercises. try it

    Hi Fullon, losing 15-20 kgs in 5 wks is not suggestible. As you loose weight your body needs some time to adjust especially your cardiovascular system. I will suggest you to set a practical and healthy goals.As you told that you feel tired after brisk walking for 1km and 5mins of running so it clearly suggest your endurance is not so good.Start with low impact aerobic exercise 5-6 times a week and gradually progress.Dont force yourself to loose weight remember, faster you loose weight faster is the tendency to gain weight again.Enjoy your work out,enjoy your life.

    Thats foolishness my friend.please dont try for 15 kilos.jus do it for 5-6 kgs n dat wud be 5n.or else u may face some problems in future.
