Weight loss occurs by taking care of both our calorie intake and calorie loss. Calorie intake can be reduce by taking healthy food and avoiding any junk food. Calorie loss can happen by doing exercises like cardiovascular exercises and resistance training exercises. Cardiovascular exercises are like running, jogging, Brisk walking, etc. These exercises will help to reduce body fat percentage while resistance training exercises are like lunges, squats, crunches, Reverse crunches, rowing, etc. These exercises will help to tone up your body muscles. We need to do cardio exercises for atleast total 45 min while resistance training exercises can be done every alternate days for 30 min.
