very slow weight loss

I hav been on a well balanced diet. workout in the gym for an hour an 15 mins, that includes 45 of cardio and half an hour of strength training. But I have lost 8kgs in 4months. I feel it is a bit too slow. Pl suggest ways to speed up the weightloss.

Losing 2 - 4 Kg in a month is good. Dont worry about the speed too much . Think of the other aspects like whatever you are doing is it natural and healthy! Physical activity an healthy diet is the way to go. You can try a one time consultation from LifeMojo Diet experts, as they might have some suggestions for you to implement.

Slower the reduction in body weight better the body gets accustomed to weight loss and hence stabilizes the weight loss later without relapsing.

Slow and steady always wins the race!!!!

thanx for the motivation. at times one tends to get demotivated when comparing the results with others.
