At present what u maintaining is good , but little changes in ur diet pattern. As u taking warm water with lemon is fine but avoid honey,salt , sugar.Don't go for mono diet try to include more variety which is low calories diet like brown bread s/w , veg upma , rave idli, broken wheat upma , brown rice pulao, multigrain biscuits , diet biscuits , oats porridge , corn flakes with skimmed milk , fruits salad , veg salad , sprouts salad , skimmed milk coffee/ tea . instead of taking juices go for whole fruits in the midmorning. Change your exercise patter also like go for brisk walk (30mins), cycling or cardiac - 30 mins . At early morning take 1 glass of bottle gourd juice(Lauki)(no sugar, salt, honey , do not filter it) add little mint leaves , pepper.Green tea is better
