    tummy fat can be reduced my doing pranayam(kapalbhati). do not start doing it vigorously all of a sudden but one can start it by doing 5 min in the morning and 5 min in evening but the best results could be seen only if one performs kapalbhati for 30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening(empty stomach) i have reduced 3 inches from my tummy in just 2 months.......

    Even Halaasan is very good to reduce fat from stomach... I hav also reduced 4 inches from stomach in 3 months time.

    Hello Friends, everybody is interested to know & try anything & everything to reduce tummy. When we make suggestions would request utmost clarity specially with exercises.

    Pranayama means "restraint of breath", but how is the question?

    The Technique of Kapalabhati involves short and strong forceful exhalations wherein inhalation happens automatically.

    There are many who complain about various methods which infact have worked out well for many others, the reason here is that they don't concentrate on breathe in/out while performing these exercises.

    The exercises and diet goes hand in hand. You need to do weight training exercises for stomach. Also, do a little bit of weight training exerises so as to tone up your stomach muscles. Fat from the stomach can be reduced by following exercises like reverse curls,scissors,crunches.Diet should also be taken care of.It should be overall low in saturated fats,fried foods,simple carbs and sugars,alcohol and red meat.

    In order to lose tummy fat go for some aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, running, skipping, jogging, swimming etc. Along with this proper low caloric healthy diet and active lifestyle modification can intensify the results.
