Tips to reduce tummy..

You can apply any fat burn cream twice a day and go for regular exercise. You can drink alot of warn / hot water Regularly ..
If anyone have any other tips on how to reduce tummy plesae share.. :)

    Take any fruits all the three times just before your food. This will reduce your tommy by at least 20% with in a month with out changing big in your diet and life style habits.

    Hi ,
    Avoid junk food like burgers, pizzas, pastas, etc. and have an active lifestyle to reduce down your fat deposition at tummy.
