Leg stretches are a good way to get great thighs and hips. Lie down flat on your back. Raise your leg up until it is at a 90 degree angle to your waist. Hold the position for 10 seconds. Bring down the leg slowly. Repeat with the other leg. Do at least ten repetitions of the exercise and you will soon see a difference. Running or swimming are also good ways to reduce fat around your thighs and hips. They bring down overall body fat percentage and thus your thighs and hips will also lose their fat spots. These are effective exercises you can try.

    Hey Mala,
To reduce thighs you need to first control your body fat percentage. You need to control your body fat percentage through yoga. Then you can go for a thigh muscle toning exercises like lunges, squats, thigh rotations, thigh raises etc. Weight training on alternate days with cardio gives a wonderful effect for loosing thighs.
