But nothing is tough if you are ready to reduce your overall weight, your stomach will get automatically reduced. For reducing your weight you have to do a lot of hard work exercises and your diet should also be fat free and oil free. You must include salads and soups in your diet. There are many south indian foods items are good for weight loss as well as to reduce ur stomach fat. Idli, dal dosa, vegetable Uthappam, plain uthappam, Idiyappam with chana masala, dalia upma, sprout dosa, etc. Take less sugar, less salt & use very less oil in ur cooking & try to cook by healthy cooking style.
