Running on treadmill is effective in reducing tummy fat but how does it do? Tummy fat can be reduced by cardiovascular type of workouts or in other words exercises involving the heart and the large muscles. Various kinds of exercises like running and jogging are very good for tummy fat reduction. Now in this context, treadmills generally can give you an account of your heart rate which is very important. In fact, it is recommended that whenever one starts running on a treadmill for tummy fat loss, on should keep his heart rate varying between 75-85 percent of the maximum heart rate working limit.

Treadmill is more effective for weight loss & to lose tummy fat. You need to walk at-least for 5 to 6 days per week & do for 45mins. The faster the pace the more calories you will burn, more calories you burn, the more weight you can lose & helps to reduce the tummy fat.

    Hey Anuja,
Of course it can help you to reduce your tummy fat. Running is a great fat burner. You can opt for the same everyday or atleast 5 times a week for 45 min for better results.
