    Rice and roti are essential components of an average Indian diet and in moderation everything is good for health. Rice is prepared in pressure cooker or in a pot. The benefit of cooking in a pot is that the starch can be drained and the rice cooled before eating. Nice article. :)

    It depends on ur cooking style & usage of oil in that. If you use limited oil & adding full of vegetables. Then it is healthy for u.
