My stomach portion is normal but there is massive increase in my thigh n hip portion. the thigh and hip portion looks very bad. i want to reduce that bulged portion. Please give me some soltion
Thnx 4 ur advice....but i walk arnd 2 kms a day bt no effect in the hip n thigh size...i usually dun have that much time to do cycling n al...so nythin else????

Hi Nischit , I wud suggest you to start your day with a 30 mins walk.Initially start with walk only them as you bcm comfortable with it try to combine walk-n-run.gradually you will get result.atleast contnue it for 3 months to get a effective result.it actualy helped me.Along with not taking sweets or fries or other hi-cal food ,do not forget to take 3 ltrs water per day . All the best !!
use body ball and exercise with it keeping it between ur legs,it really works.

Hi Nischit, Sanghamitra is right. You need to start with brisk walking or cycling first then as normalize your fat percentage do some weight training exercises for lower body like calfe raises, lunges, squats, etc.
