Any aerobic exercise will serve the purpose, provided its dosage (intensity and volume) is sufficient enough to stress our cardiovascular system. But make sure you don't overtrain yourself. Jogging as well as brisk walking are good form of aerobic exercises and thus, will help you in reducing the weight. Apart from that do some toning exercises to shape up your thighs. Spot jogging, step aerobics, supine cycling, hip busters, Squats, lunges, etc. are some of the floor exercises you can do.
