What are the dinner recipes for a diet to lose weight?

    There are no specific dinner recipes as such that you need to opt for. If you are on a diet you can just follow the same pattern that you follow through the day for dinner. Eat something light, preferably something that contains very less fat. Include a lot of fruits and vegetables in your dinner. Also start eating more salads during dinner time. This will fill your stomach and at the same time make sure that your stomach can digest the food easily. Drinking lots of juices is another option that you can take up. Hope that answers your doubt.     Hi

    Yes, there is no special & specific diet for dinner as such but dinner should take easily digestible foods, lite, low in fat, low in salt & spicy. Better option means like porridge with some fruits, S/W with some fruits, roti with sabji or buttermilk , idli, dosa, pongal & better to avoid rice in the dinner times which puts weight because rice is high in simple carbs. Avoid late dinner also.
