This recipe is hearty and its delicious taste compels us to start our lunch and dinner with this soup only. For this take 1 cup of chopped carrots and fry it for 6 minutes and the add 1 ½ cup of chopped mushroom. In this mixture mix herbs and also 1 cup chopped onion and fry it for another 6 minutes. In this mix chicken and peas and then add chicken broth in this mixture. Simmer this preparation for 15 minutes and then add cornstarch mixture and stir it properly.
