    For rapid weight loss , you should maintain portion control, maintain meal timings, increase your metabolism, Eat 5-6 small meals to improves your metabolism. Your diet should be low in fat, choose healthy cooking habits, eat low glycemic carbs , high in fibers. Drink plenty of fluids.
    Exercise is more important for wt loss, do some cardio exercise for 30-45mins.
    Lifestyle modification like avoid smoking, alcohol, eating outside more which is high in fat foods.
