I do agree, but at the same time i would like to suggest that, the faster you lose weight, greater is the rebound tendency. Rather focus and plan out a diet plan, exercise and life style modification where there is steady weight loss progress.
-Eat 6 small meals in a day about every 4 hours. This will increase your metabolism, which will enhance your energy level and will not allow fat deposition. Instead if you will go for dieting and eat less and less, your metabolism will slow down and will try to store more fat.
- alternate between carb diet and protein diet with vegetables and salads in both.
-Drink good amount of cold water about 30 minutes before your meal. -
-Do 30 minutes cardio every dayEat whatever you like on one day of the week
