plz help for weight loss

I am 25 years old. My weight and height is 74 and 171 cm i need to reduce 10 kgs in three months.i started weight loss program and lost just 5 kgs but there was much more inch loss there was difference of one size from XL to L, but i suffered from typhoid in between so it got stopped. I want to again start with the weight loss. For me inch loss is more.PLZ help how to reduce another 10 kgs.. plz help me.

    Breakfast- cornflakes + skimmed milk
    three almonds
    mid snack-tea without sugar/fruit bowl
    lunch-dal+curd+salad+subji+two chappatis
    snack= mumure/fruit bowl/tea +marie biscuit
    exercise-1 hour walk/45 min
    dinner -cornflakes+skimmed milk

    hi kamya,

    you can follow this pattern for sometime , you are consuming around 1100-1200 cals with this pattern , also you can add some things like taking warm water and lemon early in the morning and after you walks in the eve. also if you replace you tea with green tea, this will help in increasing your metabolic rate and hence better weight loss. besides make sure you consume good amount of fiber in your meals, you are already having fruits, also include salads, soups, daliya, bran rotis, and other whole grains, replace corn flakes with wheat flakes. and include plenty of liquids like buttermilk, coconut water, green tea, fruit juices, soups and water itself.
