Please help me to lose my weight

Hi,

I am 58 kg my height is 145cm and I look little fat can any one suggest me how I can lose my few kilos without exercising, I get up late so can't go for any exercise.

    Hi Nivedita,

    According to your height you are 10-11 kg overweight so best way of losing weight is to go for a good balanced diet. Have a good amount of green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grain cereals, pulses, lots of water and avoid fried foods, drink lots of water 12-15 glasses/day. Physical activity 35-40 min/day is good if you can include walking or jogging in your schedule. If not in the morning then at least in evening.
