How can I use Office 07 to plan my weight loss?

    You can use Office Excel to plan and make a schedule for yourself. Create a proper day to day plan for a few months and make sure that you stick to it. This way you can monitor your progress and you will know where you are going wrong. You can also add a comments column and note down everything special that you did on any specific. For eg, you if you started weight training on one particular day then you can note that down. Or if you failed to live up to the plan then you note it down and make sure you make up for it the next day.

    Well said Abhishek, even I feel using Office Excel, to plan weight loss program is best option.
