No weightloss

I have been working out religiously for over 2 months now and I havent lost a single kg. Can anyone tell me is there any thing apart from exercising and normal diet that I may be missing and could do the trick please?

    You need to provide some more details Astha. What is your daily routine like? What is your dietery pattern. without knowing these details it would be difficult to provide any suggestion.

    hi Anika, I work for an IT firm. Yes my job requires me to sit for 8-9 hours at stretch which is why I have included 1.5 hours of gym in the morning hours. I take 3-4 meals per day. Breakfast is light, lunch and dinner comprise 2 chapatis with sabzi/daal. During evening snack time i try to take some fruit or upma only.

    Hey Astha... Workout pattern differs from person to person. It depends on some factors like present weight, sex, present physical fitness, BMR, body fat percentage, etc. Knowing all these thing one can prepare their plan for weight loss.

    @Astha..one thing for sure you need to rotate the things. Don't stick to the same kind of dietary or exercise regimen. Have high fiber rich foods like oats, wheat bran, barley etc. lot of fruit, salad, sprouts as in between snacks. In terms of exercise, start with walk, slowly to cardio and if possible regular exercise in the GYM. In a week go for detox diet like fruit and salad the whole day. have lemon juice with lukewarm water early in the morning.
