@Astha..one thing for sure you need to rotate the things. Don't stick to the same kind of dietary or exercise regimen. Have high fiber rich foods like oats, wheat bran, barley etc. lot of fruit, salad, sprouts as in between snacks. In terms of exercise, start with walk, slowly to cardio and if possible regular exercise in the GYM. In a week go for detox diet like fruit and salad the whole day. have lemon juice with lukewarm water early in the morning.
