No weight reduction after following diet, feeling tired end of the day

I have been following diet plan for now 12 days. Doing 30-45 min walks/strengh training 5 times a week.
I feel less energitic in the evening and feel tired. Because of it my productivity at work is deterioated. Is it a temporary thing? My body crave for carbs.

HI., Perhaps you need to revisit your diet and see if it lacks carb.As your body would need carbs to assist you with the workouts , and also carbs are responsible for our 'mood'.Not sure what diet are you following, perhaps can guide you more if you can post the diet online here. Cheers!!N

    @ Preeti

If you plan a diet for 5-6 times in a day with healthy diet, you will not feel like tiredness or weakness. Continue ur workout but increase the timing & follow the healthy diet plan with 5 small meal & choose healthy snacks. Drink plenty of water in a day.
