    Great article!
But what is it that makes those fruits/greens burn more calories than other when digested? Does they have any common element or is it just luck? (:

    Hi Hezebellfairy

The fruits & vegetables contain sufficient vitamins & minerals that produce enzymes which is helps to break down the calories not only its own calories, but additional calories from body in digestion as well. Example: Papaya enzymes contain papain. Papain is used to break down and help digest meats and proteins. This is essential in a weight-loss regime.
