My Weight loss Success...
I am new to this forum. However I thought to share my experience with you. I will be happy if this helps you!
I started my weight loss program in March. At that time I was 118 Kg. In last few months I managed to reduce it and now it is 94 Kg. I would like to let you know that all these Oils and Sliming tea never helps. Before March 2010, I tried all these things and nothing achieved out of it. I ended up losing money and most valuable my “self-confidence”. You just have to get down and start doing workout to burn your Cal.
First thing I did is - calculated my BMR.
Second - tried to understand which food is having lot much Cal. and started avoiding that by replacing it with good food. (I did not reduce quantity of food I eat, however I tried to replace food)In early days I started maintaining chart of what I eat daily. This helps a lot to track. I also increased my water intake.
Third - started walking daily 4 Km. This I did for 1 and half month. Both Diet and walk helped me to reduce weight by few Kgs. I preferred morning time for my workout because this really helps to burn your extra body fat.
Fourth - I joined swimming class and now doing Swimming for continuous 1 hr.
Fifth - Along with that now I started for badminton. I do play it for 30 to 45 min. daily.
This all helped me to reduce my weight. However we do not have to treat this as weight loss program. I treat this as lifestyle change for me. Please do not consider this as standard thing and please do not follow it blindly. Please consult with expert and take a call.
Believe me - I always give excuses by saying that I am not having time; my job does not allow me to go to Gym. These are all false reasons. Main reason is - we as individual do not think that our health is most important for us.
One thing which is important is ~ Set Goal for you which you feel is achievable and then show your commitment towards achieving that. Be true to yourself.
Do not be serious about health but be sincere towards workout.
