There are many weight loss procedures as Sarah told any many more. But it have some or other side effects. But Weight loss an be made successful by having a healthy diet and avoiding junk food like burgers, pizzas, passta, macroni, etc. These all food items are rich in calories which would again lead to fat deposition. Also, make a note that without burning sufficient calories you wont be able to reduce a good amount of weight. Burn calories by doing more of cardio training exercises like jogging, running, skipping, swimming, etc. We need to do these exercises for atleast 45 min in a day for 5 /week or possibly daily for better results. These all exercises are good for normalizing your body fat percentage. So combine your daily activities with healthy diet and regular exercises.
