Any meal replacements( diet powder or diet pills or any supplement drink) it works fast in the initial period, but later you will not seen that much of result in ur weight loss. Normally supplements is not given full fillness of nutrients to ur body. This leads to many side effects such as weight regain after you left this supplements, hair loss, some times- acidity, head aches, many problems , etc. Most cases you can see nutritional disorders.
My suggestion is don't go for such meal replacement, try to focus on healthy way of weight loss.
The following tips are help you lose weight
* Include proper balanced diet with full of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, high fiber breakfast cereals, dals, low fat milk & milk products, fish, skinless chicken, egg white, lean meat.
* Use less amount of cooking oil -3-4 tsp in a day. Sugar- 2-3 tsp in a day & less amount of salt.
* Consume more of water-2-3 liter in a day.
* Exercise is more important to burn the calories, improve the metabolism & for over health.
* Drink green tea for good result.
*Eat 4-5 small meals.
* Don't skip ur meal.
