Low calorie alcohol drinks

I want to know what alcoholic drinks can I have which are low calorie and won't affect my weight loss effort.

    Wine is the healthiest alcoholic drink. Have a glass of wine, not more than that in a day.

    I drink about twice a week and have researched a bit on calories of alcoholic drinks. I sadly have to tell you that I am one of the people who need to feel a "kick" when I am drinking so once glass or even two of wine does not do it for me.

    By experience:
    Try drinking Barcardi with water or tonic water.... a small 30 ml of bacardi has only 65 calories... and tonic water schweppes has about 36.... you could use one tonic water with 2 smalls.... I guarantee you, in about 3 to 4 smalls, you will be good....
    So in the budget of about 200 to 250 calories (which you can easily burn the next day)... you can be quite a social person... also about 4 drinks can last you with a glass throughout the night..........

    The more you drink, the more you can burn the next day..

    Wine is best option for low calorie alcohol type but qty should be limit that is 1 glass in a day. 1 glass of Red wine contains 120 calories & 1 glass of white wine contains 116 calories.

    Please keep in mind ill-effects of too much of alcohol consumption:
    *High intake of alcohol flushes vitamins & minerals out ur system acting as an anti-nutrients.
    *Drink alcohol on a regular basis can cause high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholesterol, strokes & many cancers.
    *Alcohol can reduce the sugar levels in the bloods, dehydration & certainly lead to binge eating.
