Diet tips :
Have small regular Meals at least 4-5times a day.
* Consume 8 to 10 glasses of water
* Eating Fresh Fruits and Vegetables in the form of salads.
* Mix 25% of bran (chokar) and 25% of Soya Flour in your flour to make chapati.
* Switch to skimmed milk.
* Have maximum of 2 cups of Coffee or Tea a day
* All kind vegetables 7 green leafy is good for diabetes expect potato, yam, sweet potato.
* Allowed fruits:
* Orange, Apple, Mausambi(Sweet Lime), Tarbooj(Water Melon), Kharbooja(Musk Melon), Nashpati(Pear), Kiwi, Amrood(Guava), Anaar(Pomegranate),
* Avoid fruits like Chiku(Sapota), Pine apple, Mango, Lychee, Banana. You should consume only 100-150 gm in a day. If u have high sugar level then avoid fruits.
* Avoid Fasting or Feasting. Donât starve. Donât overeat, avoid junk foods.
* Avoid Late dinners and skipping breakfasts.
* Avoid sugar, oily , junk foods.
* Use very less salt.
* Exercise for 45mins in a day.
