No! Losing belly fat is a tough and difficult task and it involves many different factors. Cardio alone will not help you lose your weight and belly fat is notoriously difficult to get rid of. You have to go in for other exercises such as stomach crunches and ab related exercises along with your regular cardio work out to be able to lose belly fat. Maintaining a very strict diet is also an important factor and you cannot expect to lose weight if you are eating things such as dairy products and foods containing high saturated fat. Hope that helps!.

Yes off course, but its always better to do some toning exercises to bring abs in shape and give them a firm look.

    Hi

Cardio exercise alone would helps you to lose tummy fat but it is not much faster than combination of diet , cardio exercise & weight training.

    Hi Nandita,
You got a perfect thought to loose your belly. Of course cardio alone would help you to reduce your tummy fat. Cardio exercises would help to reduce overall body fat and thus once your body fat percentage would be in normal range, then we can do some weight training exercises for tummy so as to get a better firm look.
